Wilde Weide from the Netherlands , so special! El Teyedu from Asturias, I hiked into its cave and fell in love immediately. Aged pecorino Toscana - been in Tuscany for several weeks and haven’t tired of it yet!

Michelle is co-owner of Wedgewood Cheese Bar with husband, Stevie and brings over 20 years of marketing and communications experience to the business. Her role with Wedgewords is editorial mastermind: looking at what’s happening in the world , what’s relevant to our audiences and customers, and how we connect them to meaningful food ideas, musings and memories. She is obsessed with packaging, designs almost everything herself (just check out the recipe cards!), and most of all, delights in writing fun stories about food with friends.
